Persons interested in participation should send an e-mail to us2009@us.edu.pl containing basic personal data including name, family name, affiliation and e-mail address. The acceptance of registration will be send back to them in a few days time.
A formal letter of invitation for visa or other purposes will be sent by the organizers on request.

Conference Fee
The conference fee of
- 600 PLN, till July 15, 2009. Prolonged till July 31,
2009.

Accommodation Costs
The cost of accommodation in a 3 star hotel will be about
- 1500 PLN, single room
- 1300 PLN/person in a double room
for the whole conference. It should be paid at the hotel desk by cash
or a credit card.
This will include meals, coffee breaks and social events: welcome and farewll
receptions, conference dinner and a bonfire party.
The hotel will reduce the accomodation cost, if you do
not stay over the whole time. The reduction level will depend on the number of
the events that you will take part in.
